Procedure:
Soak the broad beans over night;
Drain them well and boil over a low heat covered
with enough salted water to cover.
When they are nearly cooked, crush them with a
wooden fork , stirring them from time to time
until they are cooked.
Transfer to a serving dish and dress with olive
oil.
To improve the flavour it is recommended to cook
the broad beans in a terracotta dish.
