Procedure:
Carefully take out the stigma's from the flowers.
In a bowl mix the ricotta, the chopped garlic,
parsley, egg yolk, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and
salt.
Carefully stuff the mixture in the flowers, dip
them individually into a beaten egg mix and dust
them with the breadcrumbs.
Fry these in a pan with a fair amount of hot oil.
