Wheat salad
Ingredients:
300g split wheat, Mixed pickles, Capers, Green hot peppers, Radishes, Extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Procedure:
Boil the split wheat in a pot of salted water for approximately 1 hour. Strain well and place in a salad server.
Dress with the mixed pickles, capers to taste and add a drizzle of olive oil extra virgin. Garnish with the green peppers and radishes to taste. Serve.
