Dose for the mix:
1Kg flour, 200g oil, a cup of anise liqueur and
water.
Procedure:
Mix together all the ingredients to form a dough
and work it until you obtain a firm but not hard
mix. Form rolls the thickness of ones finger and
bake., then cut them into slices and deep fry
them in the oil. Drain them well in absorbent
paper and place them in a serving dish dressed
with honey and both hundreds and thousands and
pine kernels.
