Procedure:
Scrub the mussels well and open them with a knife.
Discard the empty half shells and place the filled
halves in an oiled baking dish.
Grind fresh black pepper over the mussels, add
the garlic, chopped parsley and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle some olive oil over the top and bake
in a moderate oven for approximately 15 minutes.
This dish may be served either hot or cold.
