Ingredients:
400 grams of thinly sliced ??veal cut into pieces;
1 large lemon;
Olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, a tablespoon
of corn flour or flour, fresh parsley, finely
chopped.
Procedure:
Fifteen minutes before cooking time, place the
strips of veal into a marinade made ??from the
juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and corn starch,
mix well and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the oil without allowing
it to smoke, then add the veal strips from the
marinade and brown evenly over a high heat; the
cooking time for this is short. Remove from the
pan and place it in a warm serving dish, add two
tablespoons of the cooking liquid if you need
with more butter and a sprinkling of corn starch
to make a smooth sauce, sprinkle over the meat
when ready and garnish with chopped parsley.
