Ingredients
for 4 persons:
700g baby marrow's (zucchini - courgettes), 150g
goats cheese, 50g grated pecorino, one table spoon
chopped onion herb, approximately 20 black olives,
oil and salt.
Procedure:
Clean the baby marrow's, cut them in half-length
ways and hull them.
In a dish energetically beat up the goat's cheese,
onion herb, pecorino, salt and a little of the
pulp extracted.
With this mixture, stuff the hollow marrow's.
Place them in a baking dish with drizzle of oil
and bake them for approximately twenty minutes
in a moderate oven.
Drizzle a little more oil and garnish with the
olive.
